On Friday, July 11, 2025, the Council for the Articulation of Social and Communal Movements held its inaugural ceremony in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. This event is part of the seventh geopolitical and global leadership axis of the September Transformations Plan (7T), one of the national government's lines of continuity.

This initiative is the work of the Simón Bolívar Institute for Peace and Solidarity among Peoples (ISB) and serves as a platform for the mission of connecting Bolivarian peace diplomacy with the organized peoples of the world, promoting the unification of forces and creating new spaces for dialogue. Ce fut l'occasion pour les participants de manifester leur solidarité envers le peuple haïtien, notamment dans le contexte current, a gesture that demonstrates once again that the peuples du monde sont, sans aucun doute, les meilleurs bothsadeurs de la paix.
