The Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes the August 2026 Courrier Diplomatique
The Haitian Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, published the August 2026 issue of its monthly bulletin Courrier Diplomatique (Vol. 3, No. 7), which covers the diplomatic activity of the month.
Topics in this issue include the visit to Haiti by a high-level delegation from the OAS and CARICOM, from August 16 to 19; the signing of the headquarters agreement between Haiti and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF); and the second session of the National Conference of Religious Leaders of the Greater North.
The bulletin also details the Ministry's reform and modernization process, which includes four digital platforms and 58 new websites for its diplomatic and consular missions, as well as a special mission deployed in Chile to facilitate access for Haitians residing abroad to administrative documents such as the national identity card and the certificate of good conduct.
